Works everywhere
Triggers expand in every Windows app, either typed as keystrokes or pasted instantly (best for long signatures).

SynthKeys is a lightweight text expander for Windows that makes repetitive typing disappear. You type a short trigger such as #sig followed by a space, Enter or a punctuation mark, and SynthKeys instantly replaces it with your full e-mail signature, a standard reply or a ready-made phrase.
It works in any app: e-mail clients, browsers, chat tools, office documents and code editors. Snippets can include today's date, the current time, the clipboard, questions it asks you while typing, and an automatic counter. Snippet chains let one trigger assemble a complete reply from several building blocks.
A modern editor with groups, search and a live preview keeps everything organised. SynthKeys runs quietly in the system tray, imports existing AutoHotkey hotstrings, and needs no scripting knowledge.

{date}, {time}, {clipboard}, {input:Name} (asks you for a value), and an auto-counting number {n:03}.
Combine several snippets with {snippet:#trigger}; change a building block once and every chain stays in sync.
Choose Enter or Shift+Enter per snippet, so chat apps don't send early.
Groups, search, one-click placeholder chips, live preview and keyboard shortcuts.
Bring in AutoHotkey hotstrings, save backups as SynthKeys JSON, or export as an AutoHotkey v2 script.
Example snippets to start with; remove just the samples or everything (with automatic backup).

Fire immediately or on an ending key, keep or drop the ending key, case-sensitive triggers, enable or disable each snippet.
